Shipping policy
Our delivery fees are applied per order:
Standard Delivery- Processing time:1-3 working days
- Estimated delivery time: 20-30 working days
- No signature required upon receipt
Most of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
We offer free standard delivery for orders over £60.
For express delivery, kindly place your order by 3 pm GMT to ensure timely delivery.
During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be extended. In such cases, we will promptly update you with revised delivery information.
If you wish to ship to an address different from your billing address, ensure you enter the correct shipping and billing details during checkout. Once the order is dispatched, changes to the delivery address cannot be made.
Ownership of the goods transfers to you once the payment is received in full. You are responsible for the goods upon delivery.
If Royal Mail cannot deliver your parcel to the provided address, they will leave a notification card. Please follow the instructions on the card for parcel collection, usually from your local sorting office. If the parcel is not collected within the specified time, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we can arrange redelivery, but please authorize us to charge your debit or credit card for this additional delivery. If we do not receive instructions within 7 days, we will issue a refund minus delivery and handling charges.
If your order does not arrive, please contact us promptly, and we will investigate the matter and work towards a solution.
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details during checkout. Once the order has been dispatched, we are not liable for any delivery issues. If there are any delivery concerns after dispatch, please contact Royal Mail directly with your tracking number.
